 About The Position

  •  Extensive customer service skills working in a fast base environment managing 200+ clients
  • Requires direct customer interaction either face to face or via phone on a daily basis.
  • Responsible for maintaining the payroll process daily including all changes and or updates from clients via email, phone and or fax.  
  • Identify opportunities to increase the service offering to customer and sharing the information with sales.
  • Resolving client issues, scheduling conflicts, shipping errors or invoicing problems.
  • Ability to manage multiple databases, vendor relationships and time keeping technologies.
  • Complete daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and year end reporting both for internal and external audits.      
  • Complete all required tasks in a timely and efficient manner with minimal supervision.
  • Extensive data entry and professional communication skills are a must.

What We Are Looking For

  • BA/BS Degree
  • 2 + years in a Customer Service Focused Position
  • Prior Accounting or Payroll Knowledge a Plus
  • High Sense of Urgency
  • Team Player
  • Polished and Professional in Presentation and Appearance
  • Detail Oriented in all Communication
